This report provides an analytical mapping of health facilities and civil society organizations (CSOs) supporting sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for sex workers across selected districts in Western, Southern, and Central Uganda. Implemented under a UNESO project supported by the Commonwealth Foundation, this exercise aimed to develop a verified service database, strengthen referral pathways, and inform targeted advocacy for equitable SRHR access. A total of 127 health facilities were mapped: 36 in the Western region, 44 in the Southern region,
and 47 in the Central region.
